1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, booking a stay, or engaging any MAC Homes service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services

MAC Homes offers suites, lounges, studios, and standard accommodations for short-term rental. Core features include:

• Free WiFi and parking
• Netflix access
• Housekeeping
• Laundry services (select accommodations)
• Homemade food orders (at designated locations)

Specific amenities may vary by property. We strive to keep listings accurate but reserve the right to update property details without prior notice.

3. Bookings & Payments

• Channels: Bookings can be made directly via phone, WhatsApp, our website, or approved third-party platforms such as Booking.com.
• Rates & Currency: All prices are quoted in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS) and subject to change until a booking is confirmed.
• Deposits & Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment.
• Cancellations: Cancellation terms, including any applicable fees, will be communicated at the time of booking and may differ depending on location and season.

4. Guest Responsibilities

• Respect the property, staff, and neighboring residents.
• No illegal activities, disruptive behavior, or unauthorized parties.
• You are liable for any damage caused during your stay beyond normal wear and tear.

MAC Homes reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay if these rules are violated.

5. Check-In & Check-Out

Standard check-in and check-out times will be confirmed in your booking details. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

6. Privacy & Data

We collect only the information necessary to process bookings and provide services. Your personal data is handled in line with Ghanaian data protection laws. We do not sell or trade your data. For details, please review our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we aim to provide a safe, comfortable stay, MAC Homes is not liable for:

• Loss or damage to personal property
• Interruptions to utilities or third-party services beyond our control
• Personal injuries arising from misuse of property facilities

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your booking.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Bookings made through third-party platforms (e.g., Booking.com) are also subject to the terms and policies of those platforms. MAC Homes is not responsible for errors or disputes arising from third-party systems.

9. Investor & Partnership Disclaimers

MAC Homes is not a licensed investment firm, financial institution, or investment advisor. All funds deposited by clients or partners are received and held by our partner banking institutions. These funds are exclusively applied toward the acquisition, development, and maintenance of properties within the MAC Homes real estate portfolio.

Any returns or profit shares offered are based solely on the performance of these underlying real estate assets and associated operational activities. Such returns do not constitute regulated investment products under securities or investment law. By participating, all parties acknowledge that they are entering into a real estate–based business arrangement, not an investment in a regulated financial product.

10. Amendments

MAC Homes may update these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Ghanaian courts.
